Install in my PS5 was simple, works as it should, getting about 6500mb/s.

After buying myself a ps5 for Christmas it didn’t take long to fill up the storage. I began looking into options to add extra storage space. I purchased a external only to find out they won’t work for PS5 games only ps4. That’s when I found this the internal ssd by WD. I got the 1tb and not only is it amazing for the ps5 but it’s super easy to install and much cheaper than buying from the stores like Walmart and Best Buy

This is a great upgrade from an SSD. Its the first time I bought one of these. I had to look/read to find out where to install it on my motherboard. The screws that are included are super small so dont throw them away because one is needed for the installation. I build my own computers, but Im not a professional, so it was a small learning curve on this first installation. Its the only way to go for me from now on.

Habe den Speicher 4tb für einen extrem guten Preis (ca 420€) bekommen, nur die Lieferung Kahm 4 zu späte. Habe den Speicher als Erweiterung für meine PS5 gekauft zusammen mit dem Eluteng M2. SSD Kühlkörper für PS5 ( 8,70€). Beides ist extrem leicht und schell eingebaut ( gibt auch Video im Netz). Läuft perfekt, wird sofort erkannt von der PS5, formatier und nach kurzem Benchmark mit ca 6.600 MB/s als lese Geschwindigkeit angegeben. Verschieben von Spielen ist gefühlt in Sekunden und das laden ( PS5 & PS4) macht gefühlt keinen Unterschied zur Fest eingebauten SSD.
