Works perfectly on my PS5 console but I purchased a second one to use inside of my Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop and it does not work it doesn’t seem like it’s compatible as it corrupts after every game I download and has to be reformatted everytime but it doesn’t fix it as I get the error everytime

One thing before you enjoy your drive, the drive requires a M2-M3 screw of sufficient length in order to screw the side, opposite to the insert side, in. You need the top diameter of the screw to fill the half circle on the side of the drive to hold it down hence M2-M3, but it needs to have the proper length. I cant take out the drive and measure the mm, but when I bought some 3mm in length screws, they were not long enough. Go for 5-7 mm at my guess. Other than that, install away! My performance comments are next.

Strong performance

I purchased before the update went live and installed day 1 of the new update. Works perfectly. Some games load faster than the base SSD. Dont think. Just buy it. But it, now!

Benchmarked the 2TB WD SN850X NVMe drive against my 2TB Seagate Firecuda and my 1TB Samsung 980 Pro. All drives were tested in the #1 (the x4) NVMe slot of my mobo. These drives are all PCIe gen 4.

Super easy to install in my PS5. Immediate hard drive upgrade with blazing transfer speeds. Can’t go wrong with this. Just buy it!
