One of the rivets that holds a strut on the umbrella frame broke on my umbrella and I cannot reattach it. As a result, the spring in that spot also fell out. If it were a cheap umbrella I bought on a street corner I would think you get what you pay for. But this is presumably a high-quality and well-engineered umbrella that I had shipped from the US to the UK, so I am deeply disappointed.

Love the color, love that it is windproof and compact. Family going to Ireland and one thing that is a must is a good long raincoat and a sturdy, windproof umbrella. Perfect!

The company absolutely does not deliver on the warranty promise. They ignore you when you try to reach out to them. It looks like others have had similar experiences based on the reviews. The umbrella quality itself is average not worth the premium you pay for it. Save your self the trouble and buy any other umbrella. This one is not it.

I bragged on this umbrella for a year, until it broke and the company failed even to respond after I submitted a photo and explanation. I did this through the manufacturers website. Id looked forward to a lifetime of loyalty to the brand and more purchases of the same product (as birthday/Xmas presents, for a second to keep in the car; Id already bought a second for my housemate), until I discovered that the companys promise of the last umbrella youll ever buy is simple advertising. The two stars are for how well the umbrella worked, until it didnt. Had I heard from the company, even if only to explain why they werent warranting their product, more stars would have been awarded. Such a shame.

This umbrella broke after a few uses and after the first time using it In light winds. Definitely not worth the price, do not recommend.

This will be perfect for my rainy trips.
