The product arrived in a small box with the shower strainer well protected inside from scratches. Since these are snap on drain covers for standard sizes, taking the old one off and putting this on was just a screwdriver to pop the old and a push down to snap in the new. Now, I did have to pop it off and turn it 90 degrees to get a better fit. There is still a small seam around it that was flush with the original plastic cover. I am not sure why the turn made it fit better. After a few weeks of usage (I waited to write this) the color and finish seems to be holding up well outside of one small edge with no major discoloration or loss of finish. I would get this again for a quick replacement that holds up

My Fiat drain cover broke as it was just plastic and the house was built in 2006. I found this replacement and it fits perfectly. I just snapped it into place. I didnt use any plumbers adhesive or anything. It fits and hasnt moved out of place. Now I can get more years out of my shower pan.

I was looking for a rounded edge shower drain and this was the perfect fit, it’s the exact size needed. The chrome can get dull quickly, but it matches the faucet and shower head, so it’s definitely better than the plastic ones I think $15-$20 would be a better price. Replacement for another shower drain covet that badly corroded. Not sure why that happens but this is the 3rd plate. It would nice if the seller/maker provided some care instructions.
