Good upgrade, easy to install…

I did not realize my value laptop had such a small hard drive until I tried transferring my data to it. The manufacture wanted 3x the amount of the laptop to expand my hard drive. Little research and education, this was the perfect upgrade. A required tool was needed as this was a replacement not an addition. Hardest part was removing the manufacture installed screw for the stock hard drive. Otherwise, simple and easy to install.

Reliable and still going after 3 months.

I have installed this low cost nvme into my truenas server but disappointed with its write speed. It starts fast around 1gb then quickly falls down to 250-400 MB/s which is slow for an nvme.

Its what it said, easy to instal and very fast.

Not the fastest nor the slowest. It has SLC cache. And its good enough for a mid-budget PC.

The Samsung 980 NvMe drive in my PC became unreliable. I bought this one to get the PC back in service without waiting for Samsung to replace the 980. It seems to perform as well as the 980. Note Samsung did in fact replace the 980 (the warranty is years long). The 980 will become an external USB drive.

I upgraded my Lenovo Ideapad 5i with i5-1135g7 CPU by using Windows recovery USB memory stick. It only took about 30 minutes to complete the job with the WD blank SSD -- I didnt do any preparation after physically installed the SSD on the motherboard.

Pretty fast and presumably very limited by the external enclosure. Picture shows the speed test inside the Inateck FE2026-DG on a M1 Mac Mini.

unfortunately I did not get around to installing this until after the return period expired. The SSD has all kinds of errors. I wasted a lot of time trying to install it in windows. I wasnt sure the card was the problem with my computer so I tried installing linux and it installed but it found too many errors on the SSD card and crashed.
