Rv solar inverter needs capacitor charging with resistor. Simply clamp resistors and charge. Hook up battery without out big spark is a must!

I bought these to hook a 9 volt battery up to clean my fuel injectors out. Worked like a charm & cheap.

wasnt what I wanted ,but I can other uses for them.
