> 3 dayI purchased this for my grandson who loves the lift the flap books. He usually rips the flaps off after a few reads. This book is not only cute but sturdy. It is the only book we have that isnt held together with tape.

> 3 dayThis book is just very beautiful, cute, smart, and overall just adorable. The color choices on each page is like a work of art. Of all the books this has been the most beautiful to look at, and both I and my son have enjoyed this book for two months now. So why four stars? The flaps are very, very thin. For this kind of a book the construction is of very poor quality and of all the lift-the-flap books my son has, this has been the most poorly made and deserves only one star. However, because I like the images of this book I still give it four stars. But one of the flaps is long gone. I purchased this together with Dear Zoo and in comparison between the two books is like night and day. Dear Zoo has held up very nicely (also much beloved by my son) because the flaps are made of carton-like paper. But Where Is Babys Belly Button uses thin paper for the flaps. I hope the publishers correct this design flaw. If yes, then Ill very happily purchase it again for future baby #2 :)

Greater than one weekThis will make a very cute gift at the baby shower Ill be attending in a couple weeks. I like the fact that the book is in a cardstock form. I think this is a cute way for a baby to learn some body parts in a peekaboo format. I would just be wary of the flaps because those are not cardstock, so if a baby grabs ahold of it, it will not take much for it to tear off. The good news is that this book is inexpensive enough to repurchase a new one if that happens.

> 3 dayIve had this book for about 18 months now and my kids still love it! My daughter turned one and reads it several times a day. My son loved this book when we first got it at 18 months. They play Peekaboo with all the babies. I use the book to teach them to point to an eye, nose, mouth, hair, etc. The book is still in fairly good condition. They also love from 9 months to about 3 years old: 1. Wheres Spot? https://amzn.to/3K1HTFg 2. Baby Faces Peekaboo! https://amzn.to/3HOKfFz 3. Never Touch a Spider! https://amzn.to/3n5sXw1

> 3 daymy baby knows where her belly button is now. sadly she lifts up her shirt and other family members shirts at the most random of times. its all innocent tho. i love it. my 1 yr old does not seem to understand that books are not for ripping. at present only 3 flaps are left. that is really good as she is a book wrecker. colors are vivid. there is one asian and one black child in the book. it is almost as big as a small note book. it has encouraged a love for reading in my toddler ps she knows all of the main body parts now. the book will reinforce the body part names so your child wont forget

> 3 dayOh, how my baby loves this book! She squeals with delight as soon as I pick it up because she knows whats coming. I read Katzs Counting Kisses to her every night and we also have Daddy Hugs. The illustrations in those two are also engaging. But nothing delights her as much as the lift the flap aspect of this book. Its especially intriguing how she reads the last lift a flap. I point out the bear, ball, and wagon and I say but wheres baby, where could he be? Then I lift the flap to reveal the baby, my daughter squeals, claps and smiles big and then thoughtfully looks back over at the bear, ball and wagon and then back at the revealed baby. Its like she knows the entire scene has changed by the revealing of the baby. How can a parent not love a book that elicits such engaged thoughtful behavior? Id recommend it highly for babies from the peekaboo stage to the learning body parts stage.

> 3 dayWe got this for my baby at around 6 months and she loved it then but constantly wanted to eat the flaps. This is not a board book so we didnt pull it out for her much until around 8 months when she stopped teething on the flaps. Even at about 8 months she was really good at lifting the flaps herself and now at 10 months she is starting to associate the body parts in the book with her body parts. We always touch her foot, hand, etc when we find that part in the book. The other day she lifted her own shirt to find her belly button which was cute but also shows us that she is learning. We used clear packaging tape to mend a tear from an excited baby lifting a flap too hard and it probably wouldnt be a bad idea to do that to all of the flaps to make this book last.

> 3 dayMy son loved this book when he was 1 yr old and we gifted it for another 1 yr old who loves it too. My son still likes reading it occasionally even a few years later! I didn’t want to mark it down to 4 stars because it is such a well loved book, but the flaps could be made sturdier as they are not the board book material but more like poster board thickness and glued on to the page, and my son ripped most of them to pieces and the book was often in the “repair shop”. Good book though!
