Product cracked in under one minute after installation. Tablet was just sitting on the table. Its just plain old glass, not tempered, not laminated, not even close to as strong as the original.

we were able to change the screen but is from thin quality. Therefore a crack appeared eventhough person who replaced it was a proffesional.

Works perfectly but took a number of tries to get the digitizer cable aligned correctly into the board socket. This is not a problem with the digitizer design, it is just the way it is with the connection. If it doesnt work, keep trying different alignments in the socket.

This isnt glass. Severally disappointing. Will return because it is no where near comprable to the current screen.

Broken out of box second purchase of this

I watched a couple yt vids walking through the replacement. Super easy, just be very careful removing the cables for the digitizer and battery, and when snapping the rear plastic housing back on to avoid cracking the new glass. Ive read a lot of other reviews where people cracked the new glass when reassembling the rear plastic cover back on. When doing this, place the tab face down on a hard surface and gently work the snaps back into place around the perimeter, rather than pinching the front and back together, as the spot pressure from your fingers can break the new screen.

Old screen horrible cracked, now like new. Semi pain to get the old one off, watched videos helped.

Digitizer did not work. Dead on arrival Followed all instructions and did not work.
