Have multiple WiOn plugs. Fantastic product until Apple upgraded operating system to IOS 16. None of our devices work and have been advised by representative of company that there is no intention to do so in the near future. So, beware if you plan on using an Apple device to operate these devices, they are not compatible with IOS 16. BUYER BEWARE.

I live in a 3 story townhouse and the kitchen is on the second floor. I installed this so that I can start the coffee as soon as I get out of bed. I prefer this method versus a timer because I have trouble sleeping and do not get up at the same time every day. It has worked well. It was easy to install and by the time I make it down to the kitchen, my coffee is almost ready for me. I need my caffeine as soon as possible so works great. It is a bit bigger than I expected but for the price, it was quite a deal.

This this is an unbelievable deal-I have an in-wall wired WION for many years – It has always worked good but here it is for a little over five bucks- I thought that this must be a trimmed down version without all of the features --but its the same as my wired up in wall one – full featured -controlled by the same I phone application -dirt cheap wall cube thats programmable that you can get to from your iPhone even across the Internet the price is insane--Best feature of this box is that you can set a start time and end time and it will randomly turn lights on and off to make it look like youre home during that time

I bought two of these last year and liked them since they worked well with a timer. Bought more this year and could not install them since apparently it doesn’t work with iOS 16. I ended up using my old phone to get them working but that was a pain in the butt after spending 2 hours trying to get them connected to my phone and talking to their online chat person.

I already had an outdoor Wion outlet, so it was a no-brainer to get these indoor models. Set up is so easy, and you can set a timer for the outlet. App is easy to use.

It works great. The only negative would be its a little large compared to other unit that do the same thing.

These work really well. The set up instructions are simple to follow but the technology will not work first try. You will need a lot of patience to get it to work. If it seems to be more trouble to set up than it’s worth, hang in there. You’ll have to repeat the same steps over and over and over. Then wait. Their technology takes a while to catch up with your prompts. It will finally work. Once it’s set up, it works extremely well. The app is easy to use once set up.

I needed to replace a few X10 modules that wouldnt work consistently. First I tried the iHome smartplug but the they would loose settings and timers whenever the WiFi needed reset and could not link up from more than one smart device (phone or tablet) so I bought two of these. Setup was quite easy and there are several timer options to suit your needs. Programmable-set an On and Off time and one or multiple days of the week. Countdown-Set a specific On and Off time and Date. Timer can run run for Days,Weeks or Months. Astronomical-Sunrise and Sunset option plus time can be varied up to 3 Hours and 59 Minutes before or after the event. Vacation Random-3 options here, Night 6PM-11PM, Daytime 9AM-11PM, 24 Hour. Security Random-Set a specific start time and date and a stop time and date, useful for an extended vacation. Each device can have multiple timers so one timer can turn your lights on at sunset another one can turn them off at midnight and a third one can randomly cycle the lights while your away.

The factory rest button exists but is hidden by cover as a manufacturing defect. To switch internet carriers a rest is needed. Take off four back screws. Take off 3 board screws. Plug back in and then take of rubber reset guard. Hit both reset and on/off at same time. May take two to twenty five tries. The fast blue like becomes a less fast blue light and ready for programming. Drill a hole from back side using the guide of the cover. Reassemble... This works fine until this issue. I woudd not count on Woods for support as the EE in back office know the deal, while customer service has the lights turned off.

I had high hopes for this smart outlet. My home has been completely renovated as a smart home, so Ive tried just about all of these types of outlets on the market. This is one of the bulkiest hunks of junk Ive tried. This one at first took 3 days to pair with my Wifi router. I thoroughly consulted the poorly worded troubleshooting section of the manual. Keep in mind, Im a computer scientist. Most of the manual did not make sense (broken English, poor sentence structures). After I finally got this thing to work, a slew of other problems arose. The app would constantly freeze or crash (Yes, my iPhone is updated). Eventually, after a month the device completely stopped working. No lights, no pairing, nothing. I am now outside of my Amazon return window. Quite frankly, Im so frustrated with this thing, I wouldnt even waste my time driving it to the post office.
