> 3 dayI have found that when I plug more than one phone into the USB ports, the unit starts turning itself on and off repeatedly until I unplug one of the phones. It cant handle even one iPad before it starts doing this. It also doesnt matter if anything plugged into the 120 Volt outlet is on or off. Not built to sufficient capacity to handle charging of more than one device. I do like the nightlight that comes on and off according to sunrise/sunset times. Thats pretty cool.

Greater than one weekI bought this years ago and was able to do the setup without issues. It worked fine. Every once in a while will have an issue with the app but seems like they have been doing some improvements on it. A couple of weeks ago got a new router so had to reconnect this and my other WiOn switches. Was not able to connect them to my Wifi at the time. It looked like they were not supported anymore so I unplugged them. Today was looking online and decided to give them a try. They connected pretty easy. Actually the setup was much easier than what I recall originally. Not sure what has changed from a month ago to today. The app seems to be working better than before. It worked so well that I went ahead and bought a couple more since they are a lot cheaper now than when I originally bought them back in 2016.

> 3 dayI purchased more than one manufacturer of wifi outlets and Wion was one of the purchases. It was the only one that would not connect to WIFI unless I gave access to my PC remotely to a WION tech person. No thank you. I sent it back. The other wireless outlets connected with my wifi easily and without any tech help. Just follow the instructions on your phone as you go along. Not wion. Wion gives you weird queries like reboot your Wion app Enter your WLAN to connect to your wifi? What is a WLAN? Is it my SSID? Is it my wifi name? I hate going to GOOGLE to figure this out. Luckily I had the other wifi outlets to use which did not ask me to do weird things or have a tech enter my PC remotely!

Greater than one weekThis switch does exactly what it says.. and no more... Ive got a Vera home automation setup, AND an Amazon Alexa and I assumed Id be able to integrate it with at least one of those, but it turns out, I cannot.. That being said, it was REALLY easy to setup, and so far, its worked 100% reliably. I havent tried to access it from outside my home network, but Ive got it configured to control my christmas tree lights, and it does it quite well, while giving me a local button to override and turn on/off manually, and/or by my iPhone.. Im reserving the one star for the inability to integrate with ANYTHING apparently, but in reality, thats probably not fair, since it never claimed to... I just figured these days, most smart home devices can integrate with SOMETHING over either Zwave or Wifi, and theres no excuse not to support that functionality on this device.. It would be really cool if you could trigger it based on other sensors and events on my other home automation systems.. Maybe someday it will come, or Ill find out by reverse engineering what packet I need to send to control it with my own code..
