Screen for the app gets stuck on looking for router despite multiple resets. Tried with both iPhone 13 and 14. Zero functionality, troubleshooting etc. on the app itself.

Works very well. USB section lights up, which could be a bit overpowering at night when off in a sleeping area. Im very pleased with this item.

Not Alexa friendly yet.

I use this as a timer for my Diesel truck. I have this set to automatically kick on few hours before I leave for work. Setup was pretty straight forward. Once its set you can forget about it unless you need to make changes. Support for this product seems to be a little difficult so far. I cannot find a number, the woods website is pretty basic with email only option - So i have done this so we will see how the support is! The timer no longer shows up in the App. I cannot get it to connect anymore :( People have to realize that this type of thing happens! No item is perfect, things happen! The product does work like a charm, but I unfortunately need a replacement, or some instructions Update 12/6 - Still no support even though product is under warranty. I have submitted many emails. Beware! Poor support, otherwise good product when it works! Thanks

I have 7 Wion controls, and have used the outdoor Smart Box since 2017. 6 months ago, I would rate these as 5+ stars, but since I updated my phone to IOS 16, I can’t add a new device to my phone. There is no mention of upgrading the app for IOS 16 so I am concerned that these devices may be nearing the end of their life. Earlier this year, they added a feature to delete your account but that is the only update this year. The app works with an iPad with IOS 15 but I don’t carry the iPad around.

Works great. Hard to get them synced with Alexia, but I can control them with my phone.

Very easy to connect to your phone app. Love this product. I will get the outlet one next.

If you would like to have your Wi-Fi plugs work with other WiFi devices, DO NOT BUY WION products! For example, if you purchased a Skybell for your front door, you can not use IFTTT to implement a rule that would turn on your front light using WiON if the Skybell detects motion or the doorbell is pressed. Unfortunately the folks at WiON have no intention of partnering with IFTTT at this time. This is too bad. I now have buyers remorse for 4 WiON products that I purchased. I should have purchased TP Link.

Own over a dozen of these. Work great. Android app could do with updates and additional interfaces, like Alexa.

Use about 8 of these during the holiday season. They work great and never an issue with them.
