I was also always worried theyd fall out and was constantly checking them/shoving them further in and ended up hurting my ears after an hour so id have to switch them out. I was constantly switching buds. I love the ear hooks and the bud sits nice in my ear, plus no more worry itll fall out. The controls are easy but note that they are meant to be worn together for full options. IE left bud turns volume down, right turns it up. They paired super easy with my phone and come in a nice durable case that has the % of charge on the front. The sound is great, nice bass without too much and they cancel out background noise extremely well. Ive had other buds that claim to and were a disappointment, these actually work!! Great buds for under $40. I prefer them over my Galaxy buds I got for Xmas that hurt my ears.

(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.

Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
The earbuds don"t have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
