Greater than one weekI bought these because of reviews. They were accurate. I have no issues whatsoever about the earbuds....they work as advertised. The customer service is otherworldly. About two weeks after owning these earbuds, my dog jumped up where he does not belong and chewed one of my earbuds to smithereens. I thought it might be better to get a replacement of the one I lost. And they agreed for the price of $20. When the new earbud arrived, I could not get the two earbuds to link up. I informed Back Bay . They decided to replace the whole set! I am forever grateful and highly recommend this company and especially Kay in Customer Service! Could not be happier!

07-06-2025I bought these for my husband so he could “drown out” the kids when they were being too loud and he wanted to watch/listen to his own thing. He was absolutely floored at how amazing they sounded and how comfortable they were! He even said the bass was great. I tried them out and have to agree, this was a great purchase!

Not only do these stay put during my entire run, but they really do cancel out outside noises like cars and construction. I havent yet worn them while it is raining, but I do appreciate that they are waterproof so I will not have to remove them as I am running. They last a very long time on one charge and paired to my phone quickly and without any issues.

(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
The earbuds don"t have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), please select the appropriate eartips
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.
