> 3 dayMy 8month old daughter is currently loving the very hungry caterpillar, and a recent trip out left us without her stuffed caterpillar upon arriving home. This is an amazing replacement, she loves the various noises each fruit makes. All parts are the perfect size for her little hands. And I love that we can use this set not only to follow along with the book, but as learning tools (what each fruit looks like, colors)

Greater than one weekGrandson 18 months loves to play with this toy. I don’t know about teething since he doesn’t put it in his mouth.

> 3 dayOur 4-month old is just starting to grab and currently enjoys grabbing the caterpillar and putting it in his mouth. Hes also starting to hold the fruits but cannot really shake or squeeze them yet. I can picture that once he figures that out, learns to put the caterpillar through the hole and open and close the apple, this toy will provide hours of play for a few more months. The apple and fruits appear to be made of nice quality materials. The apple is a nice way to store the other pieces. The velcro really holds the top in place.

> 3 dayMy baby absolutely loves this. We are huge Eric Carle fans around here and this does not disappoint. My son loved holding the little fruits and shaking them around and dropping them in and out of the giant Apple. Hes gotten lots of play out of this.
