We needed a roman faucet for our master bathroom remodel. It was packed well and arrived promptly. The faucet is heavy and looks sleek and modern. We hired a professional plumber did the installation and said it was pretty straightforward. Love that the waterfall rotates. Great water flow from spout. Very good pressure from wand. We needed a longer shower hose and so I called the number listed in the product details. They were very easy to work with helped ordering the longer shower hose I needed for my application. Satisfied with this high quality faucet as well as fantastic customer service.

Remodeling bathroom with all bronze fixtures and wanted a three piece with a wand for bathing infant and toddler. We weren’t a huge fan of the open spout but it was worth it to have the wand. Now we actually love it. It is so elegant and the wand is so handy not just for bathing but for cleaning the tub (rinsing) too. The water pressure is better than it was before. Overall, we are way happier with this product after putting it in and using it than we thought we’d be. Well worth it!

Not having remodeled a bathroom in many years I was STUNNED to see how expensive bathroom tub fixtures were. I was even more surprised to see that the overwhelming majority of name brand faucet brands now sell faucets separate from the valves so their prices are even higher than I thought. Though my wife was against trying a no name cheap brand I figured the worst that would happen is I would have all of the mounting holes in place to mount the 3X more expensive name brand valves and faucets if these turned out to be unsatisfactory. The faucet, spout and handheld wand are beautiful and have a really heavy feel. The kit was perfectly complete and not only included extra washers if needed it included the wrench to tighten the supply lines.

I recently updated our tub with this faucet/shower combo and it has been a great addition. I am not a fan of doing plumbing work normally but this porduct went in seemlessly. The faucet itself is very quite and the shower head has more power then you would expect.

Higher quality than my previous tub faucet. Works great so far!

The Roman Tub faucet is very well made and substantial , equal in quality to name brands costing over $500 or more for less than half the price I am doing a custom install where the valve is approximately 7 feet from the spout to allow for the spout to positioned away from the area a person would lay in the tub, and they fabricated a hose that meets this condition and fits with connecting both valve and spout Great source for faucets

Update 5/3/23: The company reached out to me regarding the leaking handle. They are sending me a replacement. So far customer service has been great! Will update again once new part is received, installed and checked for leaking. Original Review: I bought this back in January but didnt get around to installing it until March. Since installing weve only used it maybe 3 times (it is now end of April), and the handle has water coming out of it. When I read the reviews, I dont recall others having the same issue. I love the look of this set. The faucet has great pressure and so does the shower wand. I just wish I didnt have the water leaking out of the handle :(

Check your box BEFORE you get started. One of the posts is missing the nut and washers. I have contacted the supplier to see if I can get new parts. Update: I moved the rating to 5 stars. Excellent service from the manufacturer, who quickly sent the missing parts. Back to 5 stars. The bath faucet is solid, is not leaking, and fits my needs well.
