X6672 Lennox Healthy Climate 16x25x5 Merv 16 Filter

Built well, unlike others mine arrived intact. BUT, these are just slid into a box the same size as the 2 filters, so shipping damage is highly likely to occur. They lack the foam padding on top and bottom my original filters had.

The filters were a perfect fit for my inoperable Honeywell electronic air cleaner. I turned on the fan and noticed the fresher air with 5 minutes. While this costs more than MERV 11 it is worth the money. These filters were well constructed. The pleated material is reinforced. Note that the actual size is smaller than the stated size. Actual size is 15 ⅞ x 24 ¾ x 4 ⅜

The unit itself does an excellent job. Within a day, we could sense a difference in the clarity of the air inside the house. That said, I am not happy with the company that shipped it. It was jammed inside a box that was simply to tight for it. Some of the cardboard that surrounds filter and its crossbars was crushed and torn. I was able to repair it with some silver tape, however, I do not think I should have had to do this considering the price that I paid
