So the D-pad on this thing is broken. Left goes down, Down goes down, Right does nothing and only going Up works. The right joy stick is only responsive when you push the stick all the way making careful aiming a pain in the ass.

This controller works great for everything except using my turtle beach headset with.. the sound is very faint when plugged into the headphone jack, i tried turning the headset all of the way up and looking for settings to change in my settings for my xbox without any luck. yet when i plug my same headphones up to the original controller that came with my xbox one , its so loud that i have to turn them down to a bit over 50% for it to be at a comfortable noise level . If headphone sound isnt a concern to you, this controller is great, but i use my original one and this one sits there unused.

Quit working after a month. Got the Microsoft middle finger when I tried to return. Amazon and Microsoft must be laughing all the way to the bank on this item!

Very well described and product came in as described. Controller didn’t come with batteries which kinda sucked but no biggie. One of the sticks is a little worn but not too much obviously it’s a used product. Overall A+.

Controller came with out issue. Box in like new condition. Would buy again.

Worked well while it worked. These seem intentionally designed to break after 3 months. After 3 months the joysticks start to wander. You can suffer through for another 1 - 3 months until theyre completely unusable. Figure theyre really just renting them to you for $15/month. Thats about the real cost. The cheap knock offs last about as long.
