Came earlier than expected which is always a good thing. Will be trying it this weekend busy week, but sure it works fine.

Plan on buying the Microsoft Adapter if youre planning on using it for Win 10. I have a low energy 4.0 bluetooth adapter, and this controller begins to have serious latency problems outside a 3ft radius.

It works perfectly and is compatible with the Xbox one.

Bought it for my new XBox One X but it did not work; connection to the console kept dropping, and once connected, often need to repeat same operation twice to get console (game)s response. Not sure if these controllers work with earlier version of XBox One but I do not think this controller works with XBox One X.
