XLNT TECH Engraving Double Color Sheet (7 x 11“ x .040”, 12 Pieces & 12 Colors) for Interior Signs, Badges.

I purchased a Glowforge laser - and have been experimenting with it using plastic / wood / etc, and THESE acrylic sheets give hands down the absolutely BEST results, the two tone really shines thru, turning your project into one with PUNCH!!! - they are a bit pricey but worth every penny! PS: I would have posted a photo, but all the stuff I do has peoples names or corporate logos and I dont think they would approve.

I feel bad for this line of products getting all these negative reviews because people havent dialed in their settings. Ill admit that it took me 4 or 5 tries to get it perfect, but Im getting consistent results now. I use an Endurance 10W diode laser on an Openbuilds ACRO platform. Doing the cuts in 6 passes yielded the nicest edges, but with different air assist setups Im sure some more aggressive cutting could be done. I dont use air assist for the engraving portion and definitely do use air assist for the cuts. Alcohol does a great job wiping off any charred dust the might get blown around. So there ya go, 5 stars from me.

Like others have mentioned, Stay away from ABS plastic for laser engraving. The fumes are toxic. And yes, this is ABS plastic.

Big mistake Item said bright white and we got red / grey. Our staff printed it. Inspector failed us immediately and went no further. We will reprint all the signs again with other material and call then inspector again and have all parties standing by, again. Expensive! Thanks for the bad description or wrong product sent; do not purchase.

Tried engraving it, it caught fire. I ended up having to throw my engraver out the window. It destroyed my engraver and the shirt I was wearing.

Not what I thought I was ordering very disappointed. Will never buy again.

Good Selection for the price. Well packed. A bit fragile & easy to go through Did not find the proper settings for my CNC (feed rate and spindle speed) to match the material, my fault.

Trash. Sits in my desk taking up space.

The top layer is very thin and scratches easily. Handle with care. I have started spraying finished projects with clear coat to protect the appearance but that affects the finished look.
