Bought this for college and still have the same one

It works, it was cheap. and it super easy, plug its two USBs in, and the Switch automatically recognizes it. You can use it for any game, as it simply reads it as a controller, no weird round about hack needed.

Its good for playing Super Smash Bros. with your old Gamecube controller, but unless youve bought a wired Switch Gamecube controller to use this with, you will not have a left Z button for the games that utilize it - for example, in Animal Crossing you wouldnt be able to open your Nook Phone. Still, the product does what its meant to.

Controls are a little stiff when you first use it, but they break in fast. Also, compared to other GC controllers, this one is very durable. 10/10 would buy again.

The product, switched to PC, worked perfectly with some cheap knock-off GameCube controllers and worked with Dolphin and RetroArch emulators, in my experience. It is a cheap and effective way to play old games on your PC.

The adapter worked fine on Super Smash Bros(Wii U). O my buy this if you really really want to play with GameCube controller on SSB Wii U. IT DOESNT WORK FOR ANY OTHER GAME. Other than that its an awesome thing for pro players or older players who played with GameCube controller on the SSB Wii.
