Great value. I almost bought a more expensive one thinking that “you get what you put into it” but this worked perfectly. High quality device! If your running dolphin simulator off your PC, this works for that too.

This is my third adapter in 3 years, so time will tell if this one is any different from the previous two. Plug and Play right out of the box with no issues so far. Ill follow up in a year.

This Gamecube controller adapter allowed me to repurpose my old gamecube controller so now its not sitting in a closet collecting dust (though dust did find a way to stick onto the controller after all these years of being in a box). As the product states this is plug and play all I did was plug the black usb (not the gray one) plugged my gamecube controller and it worked like a charm, I am yet to try it on pc so I dont know how easy it is to set up for pc will update if I do try it. I got it for $10 on sale so Id say if you got gamecube controllers lying around and have super smash bros Ultimate I highly recommend getting this I feel this is the way to play Smash.

Works great on the switch to play some super smash brothers on.

Its good for playing Super Smash Bros. with your old Gamecube controller, but unless youve bought a wired Switch Gamecube controller to use this with, you will not have a left Z button for the games that utilize it - for example, in Animal Crossing you wouldnt be able to open your Nook Phone. Still, the product does what its meant to.

Its a good device that allows you to use your Gamecube Controllers for more games other than Smash Bros, but that is a really good use for them. However its really good for other Switch Games, now you are gonna be limited cause there is no Home button or ZL button so, I would do some research to see which games are compatible. But I will say that if you have a bunch of Gamecube controllers and friends, Then this adapter is a good price for any Gamer or Nintendo fan.

Im giving this five stars only because it does work as advertised, just not for what I need it to. I wanted to use it on my Wii U for homebrew but as far as I can tell the only time this thing ever worked for Wii U was with Smash 4. It works basically as a pro controller for my Switch which is all fine and good for when I need an extra controller, but honestly I dont think this thing ever should have been advertised as for the Wii U when it only works with one game. Doesnt even work on the vwii built into the Wii U.

Works for dolphin emulator. Under gamecube controller select standard controller then configure. Then 4 GameCube controllers should be under devices.

Works easy just make sure the switch is to the right device you quick plugs right into Nintendo switch worked right away.
