> 3 dayMy original Xbox One stopped turning on. After doing some troubleshooting, I found that the power supply would light up orange until I plugged it into the Xbox and then the light would go out immediately. I opened up the power supply and found some swollen capacitors, but even after replacing them I couldnt bring the old power supply back to life. Decided to try this aftermarket one to keep my old Xbox out of the landfill. It works, Xbox has been working again for a couple months. The fan on this one is definitely a bit louder than the stock one. I never really heard or noticed the power supply before, but after putting this one in the same place I kept walking into the kids room and pausing to try to figure out what the sound was I was hearing. It isnt obnoxiously loud, but I do notice it if the room is quiet. Not sure how long it will last, but if it dies I will update the review.
