Greater than one weekOur cats absolutely LOVE these bananas. They hold up better than most catnip toys, and we put the extra catnip in a jar and reseal these up to recharge them. We have a ton of these and the cats never get tired of them.

> 3 dayThis is the second time I bought this item. The first one my cats played with for two years and it still gives them pleasure so I surprised them with new ones this Christmas.

> 3 dayBought this for an 18 lb Maine Coon mix. Hes 6 years old, strong and has claws. He loves them. As much as he tries, hes only been able to rip one of the 6 I have bought him over the past year. Why 6? He plays with them every day chewing, kicking and clawing them until they get so disgusting I decide to pitch them. Then too, I keep one in several different locations. Hes easily bored and this is the only toy he will play with on his own.

Greater than one weekThis is the best cat toy I have purchased. My cat is absolutely addicted to these. I am happy I can buy them in bulk, as he destroys them in about 3 days. I have given these to friends and family and no other cat seems to treat them quite the way mine does... He will play with them for hours, then finally hug them and begin to chew them open. Once hes gotten an end of the banana open, he starts to lick all the catnip out. This is usually where I throw it away and get another one from the freezer (as other reviewers have noted, this both contains the catnip smell and keeps the catnip fresh). If I wait too long, I come home to a bunch of empty yellow fabric and my darling Nigel rolling around blissfully in a pile of catnip. He has other toys that he plays with and no other destructive behaviors, he just... loves tearing open these bananas. I have purchased other catnip toys from this brand (the rainbows, the lemon, the apple and a pumpkin) which have all eventually met the same death as the bananas, but he doesnt carry them around the house and hug them the way he does the bananas. If it keeps my fat little former stray happy, I will buy him all the bananas he wants.

> 3 dayMy three cats all loved these bananas, and since it came in a three pack there was no fighting over who got to play with it. The only drawback is that, despite them being made of very heavy canvas one of the cats (I suspect the Maine Coon) has left some serious bite holes clean through them, and theyve started leaking catnip flakes all over the floors. Oh, and there is one other drawback... they come unwrapped. This means that anything else shipped with them will forever be catnip scented. In my case that turned out to be a couple of pounds of gourmet popcorn kernels that had to be thrown away. These really need to be packaged in airtight containers or bags, to avoid contamination of other items they might ship with.

Greater than one weekMy cats LOVE these. I buy one for each cat—otherwise there will definitely be fights over the banana. They are obsessed with them and play with them for hours. Great choice!
