YETI Tundra 65 Cooler

If you are going to buy one cooler for the rest of your life, buy at least the 65 Tundra. These Yeti coolers are worth every penny. I filled a case of Coke, case of beer, and some sandwich meat on a 1200 mile road trip over two days and had a 1 gallon freezer bag of ice make ice to cool it all! Now I seasoned or prepped the cooler a day in advance but the pop was cool and I didnt have to wife off every can from the ice drip, water slush when I got home. This cooler has also been with be in the field when I deer hunt. It was a warm season and kept the meat cold till I got home to finish the dressing. Perfect for any turkey hunts as well! Its a little heavy when full, but its a Yeti. Buy bigger when you do. Dont skimp for the 50, you WILL regret not getting at least the 65. Look at this as an heirloom investment.

Love my Yeti. This came with a basket tray which I didn’t realize and was super excited about! The color is a great color (true to image). There was a little gash in the cooler, but it is so large I didn’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Overall, great cooler, worth the money!

Seriously? The reviews I have read are amazing but my results are awful! I have had the Yeti for about a month. I use it strictly for cans and some bottles. The cans and bottles in the cooler are cold... there is some ice water in it.. and I add 5 separate frozen quarts of solid ice (deli quart size containers frozen solid ice) every morning and sometimes in the evening too and almost every morning, the ice has melted. It is on my covered deck. And still, not sitting in the hot sun, it does not keep the ice. PROS: At $350 I have a beautiful ice blue cooler with the Yeti logo. It looks great on my deck! CONS: At $350 I have a cooler that has the cooling functionality comparable to an Igloo chest! It cannot keep 5 separate frozen quart blocks of ice overnight! Of course, I dont expect them intact, but not even melting down to the size of an ice cube! They completely melt overnight! I am greatly disappointed, dissatisfied, disheartened and just plain DISSED!

Expensive, but it works nicely.
