Greater than one weekI liked that it was a 20 amp. However it’s the only plug that I’ve gotten that won’t connect to Wi-Fi! Can’t find number for the 2 year warranty. Have had it since June for a small fan.

> 3 daySet up was a little confusing at first, but once the first one was connected and working, the others were a snap!

Greater than one weekNeed to install and allow network access to some 3rd party app in order to work with Alexa. Not a fan of installing apps from Chinese companies.

> 3 dayEasy to set up, app is simple. Works good, I plugged in the lighting of my tv stand and set timer for use. No complaints.

Greater than one weekI’ve had this a couple months and it works great. My garage dust collector is controlled by it and Alexa. Works just like I need it to.

> 3 dayPower control on a electric kiln. Wish remote control. But it broke. It was covered by warrantee. No way to claim it. Told me to call china to place claim. Not so reasonable

> 3 dayIts a nice compact unit works well it has features on it that tracks energy usage if you wanted to be aware of that the range is good it can only handle 10 amps not 15 or 20 like they claim in the ad because if you put it on a heater or something that has a higher wattage juice than that it will kill it within a week

> 3 dayExcellent product. I use it to control a 1 HP water pump for watering my yard using lake water. However, with the switch turned off and with wet hands and wet feet (I just cleaned my suction line) I was priming the pump and while touching the metal pump case I sensed voltage. Not a lot but it stung my finger. I’m an electrician btw. GFCI receptacle did not trip. Always wear shoes and have dry hands before handling the load attached to the switch. If it’s used outside, ensure your GFCI receptacle is working.

Greater than one weekWorking well so far! My AC and 120V car Charger kept tripping the 15anp ones I had. These have been working well since install. Will update if any issues.

> 3 dayI wanted to use this to power a vacuum in my workshop. When I try to us it, it shuts off. This happened with my other plugs, but those were only rated for 10 or 15 amps. The circuit is 20 amps, so its not clear why everything works without this smart plug, but not with it. If I get more information, I will update this review.
