> 3 dayI use Alexa for everything! Almost all of my lights are pluged into smartplugs so I can voice control them. So many of my older smart plugs are so large they block the second outlet so it cant be used. This mini-plug doesnt! Wasnt too difficult to set up...just downloaded the smart life app and it walked me through connecting it to Alexa. LINKING it to alexa was tricky. Directions werent 100% correct on this. Linking it IN the alexa app did not work with multiple tries, although it looked like it would from reading the prompts. After attempting to link it through the alexa app I went onto the SmartLife app and was able to enable link it there. Hope that helps! I also just suggested this for a friend whose mom has mobility issues. She has difficulty reaching for her bedside light and isnt safe getting up from bed to turn it off to go to bed, and even more so, when getting up during the night!

> 3 dayPlug is all around nice looking, purchased to put on a compressor that was 15amp rated and new, this however wasnt able to take the load of the startups and failed within a week. Might be great on things that dont require the surge of power to start.

> 3 dayI liked that it was a 20 amp. However it’s the only plug that I’ve gotten that won’t connect to Wi-Fi! Can’t find number for the 2 year warranty. Have had it since June for a small fan.

> 3 dayIve had two of these burn up, and im not even hitting 15A on a Water Heater. Its very frustrating when a product states it supports a load, and does not. I previously had a 15A Wemo that lasted for years, and now I cant find anything built well enough to support a decent load. Be very cautious of this item, im back to the drawing board trying to find something that will work.

Greater than one weekIt was easy to set up, but the first time I tried to use it (to run my dust collector) it supplied power for 2 seconds. It still connects and lights up, but it doesnt work.
