The product arrived I purchased to replace old broken one It was easily attached It works beautifully

Will not work on narrow windows without modification. Also no way to prevent bugs or critters to enter room unless unit stays on 24/7. The hose though is of good length.

doing what it is supposed to. it connected to the a/c hose that comes with the unit. however, the hose that attaches to the cooler doesnt stay attached. we ended up duct taping it to the a/c.
