Greater than one weekI was cautious to order because there were not many reviews, but I am SO glad that I did. I cannot recommend the yolink products highly enough. They are incredibly easy to setup, and work flawlessly. Setup: The only issue I had during setup was the wifi did not want to connect. I connected the hub via ethernet to the router and it connected without issue. Once it was connected, I simply disconnected from the ethernet and moved it to the location I wanted the hub and it stayed connected to the wifi. Range: They arent kidding about the range on these products! Our chicken coop is over 400ft from our house, across hills/trees/brush and I have had zero issues with connection. Customer Service: I emailed customer service with a question and received an answer within the same day. Very quick, polite, and helpful. IFTTT Integration is very easy to use and works well, though I have found that I prefer the in-app automation since it there is no delay. I am using the yolink wifi plug to turn on/off a heat lamp for new chicks in the brooder based on an alert from the yolink temp/humidity sensor. If the temp gets too high, the plug turns the lamp off - if the temp gets too low, the plug turns the lamp on. Its working very well. I have had zero issues with the app and have found that it has all the functionality that I need.

> 3 dayI have a ton of these in my home that I use for presence detection to control heat and lighting. They pair immediately, and the app works well. They also have good support from their employees who Im currently in an email thread with to learn how to use their API. Overall I would highly recommend!

18-11-2024Product itself is great but not getting timely push notifications when door is opened or closed. Only received them when clicking on the application itself. Have sent an email to the company requesting assistance but so far no response. I also have the SmartThings Hub and inotifications are instant and problem-free. I just received an email from the company and they said that there is a bug in the app and theyll be releasing a new one within 7 days Ill keep you posted as to the progress and update my rating as necessary App released this morning and now push notifications coming in just fine. They need to work on their English translations for the alert, but thats a minor issue. I hope this company succeeds they have awesome products!

15-11-2024Best contact open/closed sensor on the market. New strong signal to hub, utilizes two alkaline AAA battery batteries, runtime of batteries is 2 years,. I have six in service and have not had a dropped signal from any sensor. Also can utilize multiple programming possibilities and notifications.

> 3 dayI installed this in a medium-gauge steel mailbox 125 feet from the hub which sits inside a wood frame house. Despite reading a very weak -120dBm signal strength in the app, the sensor triggers correctly every time the mailbox is opened. The app is superb, allowing you to define what aspect of the event triggers a text or email: opening, closing, or being open for a specified length of time. You can pick whether to get text, email, neither, or both. For tech geeks, this merits 6 stars. Ive also got the excellent leak sensors.
