> 3 dayThis is just like the picture. However, this paper is not learner friendly (inks stain so you can’t just put alcohol and start all over). I’ll try another type of paper to practice that supposedly let’s you start all over.

> 3 dayThis paper is really fun for experimenting with watercolor. Other than painting, Im also using a sheet of this paper as a mixing palette. Ive lined my extra mixing tray from my mijello paint palette with this paper. It is super practical for mixing paint, reactivating the paint as needed, and wiping it clean as needed. The paint doesnt bead on the Yupo surface as it does on a plastic surface.

> 3 dayThey are great for ink markers and watercolor markers to blend and layer. These are expensive, so I was pissed to find the bottom corner bent when I received it. Crappy shipping. Corners not protected enough to ship. Now every sheet of this plastic paper has a permanent crease in the corner.

16-11-2024The paper that I received was not the plastic type paper although the info said it was suitable for alcohol inks. The ink bleeds through this paper.

Greater than one weekBought a pad of Yupo in each size to try something different to stimulate painting. Spent a lot of time working with watercolors to create a couple of paintings worth keeping. You wont hesitate to put a brush on your paper, Yupo is forgiving, easy to fix mistakes or experiment, and completely do-over. These pads of Yupo are fine but the artist needs practice. Next time I experience artist block will try acrylics on Yupo. Its different but has stimulated my painting.

Greater than one weekThis wasn’t Yupo in the pad; someone took out the good paper and taped in cheap paper for a return.
