Have used yup for years and love it.

I saw this on one of the Blogs I follow and didnt follow the directions, you are not to touch the paper with your bare hands otherwise it wont perform correctly. After watching a YouTube video I tried it again and love the results. I will definitely be using the technique in the future. It came on time.

Watercolors covered smoothly. Size works to make 8 x 10 paintings. Wish they made a pad large enough to do 16 x 20s. Arrived quickly.

I used this for alcohol ink painting and the inks flowed smoothly and dried well on this brand of paper. I was happy with the quality and price.

Works well for alcohol inks and as a reusable surface under my glass painting. The light table light goes through well and it is easy to clean the vitreous paint off of it. This saves on paper that I would have to throw out.

Great medium to work with. Using alcohol inks on them is fantastic. Watercolour and oil paints you have to really work the colours a lot. AS with all new things it will take pratice to get the look I am after. If you like your work to be precise this is not the paper for you.

I really like this Yupo paper. Its so smooth and I can use my alcohol inks on it easily. The only problem was how it was shipped. The pad was warped and bent to the point where it wouldnt lay flat but after I put a few heavy boxes on top of the pad for a while the warping was gone. I recommend this product. Its so smooth and versatile for different mediums!!

Bought a pad of Yupo in each size to try something different to stimulate painting. Spent a lot of time working with watercolors to create a couple of paintings worth keeping. You wont hesitate to put a brush on your paper, Yupo is forgiving, easy to fix mistakes or experiment, and completely do-over. These pads of Yupo are fine but the artist needs practice. Next time I experience artist block will try acrylics on Yupo. Its different but has stimulated my painting.
