Just received my travel garment bag and while I haven’t used just yet, I’m sure it will meet my needs. Well constructed and ample room for accessories. My only critique is it would benefit from an extra layer of padding in the right place to be more comfortable carrying a laptop within however, very pleased with product.

The quality of the bag is pretty solid, I wouldnt say its an amazing bag but its also certainly not cheap or shabby. Itll do the job when it comes to carrying suits and shirts. I would like to point out though, unless you have super small feet your shoes are probably not gonna fit in any of the compartments built into the bag. There IS room to put your shoes inside, and other clothes as well, but it just wont fit into the zippered compartments so youll probably want something to bag your shoes in before putting it inside. These things aside, the customer service for this is amazing. The owner will personally email every single person who buys the bag, and will ask if you need anything to improve your experience. My bag had a small manufacturing flaw (it was missing a buckle that the shoulder strap was supposed to clip onto) and the owner immediately offered to send a new bag or give a full refund, no questions asked. In conclusion, the bag itself probably deserves 4.5 or 4 stars, but the customer service easily bumps it up to a 5. If you have any qualms about buying this bag, you can at least rest easy knowing that if you dont like it, Jonson will definitely help you get what you want, whether its a refund or a replacement.
