Its too good to be true. We all suspected it. I put better judgment aside and ordered it. Zipper exploded on the first flight. Not worth the hassle.

Excellent carry-on garment bag for men or women for a short trip. We also used it as a carry-on and checked a larger garment bag. You could also check both!

Quality is there and lots of pockets

This was reasonably priced and worked much better than our high priced Tumi! We went on a two week trip to Europe and our wedding clothes were perfect when we arrived!

I was trying to decide whether or not to give it 2 stars but my husband does like the bag. It is very light weight and is a great size for carry on travel. However, the 1st time my husband carried it the front pocket area ripped. It doesn’t appear to be all that well made. I tried to get with the company to correct this issue before submitting my review it’s been 2 weeks now no response.

Serves its purpose very well.

Addendum Jan. 11, 2019 to the original review posted below; after my original review was posted(below), was contacted by customer service who was disheartened I had a bad experience with their product and urged to better their product chain. As a consequence , they issued a full refund and sent a belt pouch/bag as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Appreciated the level of customer service and wanting to take the feedback to better their product line. For the customer service its a 5star rating. [I wanted to use the item to put it through an actual test to write an accurate review. I had interviews to attend and shopped for a garment bag that was both reasonably priced and rated well on Amazon -- I came across this item almost instantly. I bought the item as it was highly rated with 80+% of purchasers giving it 4 or 5 stars. But after receiving the item I have truly been disappointed. Upon opening the item, all the zippers were loose and did not open correctly; they would get jammed and were often hard to release from the zipper track. After putting only one suit in and zipping it up, I put the bag strap around my shoulder and immediately the plastic insert that attaches into the buckle surprisingly broke. It was only a light suit with a dress shirt and thats it. I had to use zip ties to attach the broken bundle to the shoulder straps on both ends. I reinforced them with extra zip ties just to be safe. Then on the way to my first job interview, a plastic buckle holder broke off the shoulder strap in which the fabric strap material goes into. It was clearly obvious this item is NOT made with premium long lasting materials. Again, I had to use zip ties to reinforce everything and take it for my interviews. Im giving this 2 stars because I was ultimately able to carry my suit and later my dress shoes but only after having to reinforce the buckle and straps with extra zip ties. Otherwise its a complete waste of money, since it is made with poor materials and has shoddy workmanship. Would never recommend this. Dont know if I can even return this since its so defective but will see what I can do.]

Kept my suit from getting wrinkled through 4 flights
