> 24 hourThis little ceramic cactus hideout is adorable. I got it for our African dwarf frog, since hes outgrown his previous hidey hole. Its got a main larger hole for more portly hamsters, (and our dwarf frog!) and a smaller upper hole that can be used as something to peek out of. The ceramic is sturdy and the color is lovely. There is quite a lot of crazing in the glaze, which is something I like the look of, but buyers should know, in case its not their style. Its making me wish we had a hamster though, because it would be great for that, too!

> 24 hourI ordered this as an extra hideaway for my mice and they love it. It is the perfect size for small animals such as mice, gerbils, or small hamsters. It is a well-made ceramic hideaway and two of my 6 mice have claimed it as their own house. It matches the ceramic cactus water bottle holder I ordered a while back. This house looks great in their cage. It has texture but still feels smooth to the touch and the big plus is the fact my mice cannot chew on it as they have chewed through every other house or hideaway I have put in their cage. As you can see in the photo my mice have filled their new house with lots of bedding. I would love to see a larger ceramic house in the off-white color, a two-story house, or even a large tunnel.

> 24 hourWe have 2 dwarf hamsters and they seem to like this little hideout. They both like to cuddle together in the main opening during the day. I also put timothy hay and other treats in the smaller hole which they seem to like also.

> 24 hourGot this ceramic hiding spot for our leopard gecko. It’s under her heat lamp so she can stay nice and toasty through the winter. Super easy to wipe out when it’s time to clean her tank. It’s her new favorite spot.

> 24 hourI got this for my Roborovski hamster because theyre desert dwellers, and I thought it would be perfect for her sand bath section. It does not have an open bottom, so it couldnt be the only hide in there (she needs a place to conduct her business), but its a fun enrichment that goes with the desert theme. I got the water bottle that matches, which also has a little hiding area in it, but both that and this cactus hide are too small for a Syrian hamster. Perhaps some of the other dwarf species could fit, but I think its really only appropriate for those tiny little Roborovskis.

> 24 hourI am gonna be getting another hamster in January and I thought that this would be cute for him. Where I live we have a lot of cactus around so this fits right in. Got it in a timely matter and packaged really well. Was not broken or anything.

> 24 hourAdorable little hamster hide. A quick aside I want to highlight the fact you should not keep multiple dwarf or syrian hamsters together as shown in some marketing pictures. The ceramic is very easy to clean, and my hamster likes to use both entrances. I also have a matching water bottle holder and this makes a nice pair.

> 24 hourThis Cactus Ceramic Hamster House is so cute and perfect for my hamster. My Syrian hamster had a ceramic watermelon hide he loved that I had to get rid of after it got chipped. Ive been looking for a ceramic hide he can turn into a cozy hideout/food hoard that him being a big Syrian hamster could actually fit in it safely. This hide looks wonderful in his home and since Im moving to a more natural look in his large aquarium house it really fits in. This really looks like a cactus and even though it has lots of textures and various grooves, there arent any sharp edges. Its painted in a way it looks like different colors were used to show dimension. It really is an impressive ceramic hideout and seems like its a high quality hamster house accessory. When I put it in his habitat, my sweet guy came out of his burrow hes created in his bedding to see what I was doing rearranging his things. He noticed this cactus house right away. He checked it out inside and out. Right away he started carrying bedding and seeds to it. He seems to really like it and Im happy hes got a nice new hide for him.
