Product is ripping on the inside part of the bag underneath the main zipper. Will not purchase again.

Since purchasing this last September 2022, Ive used this not just as my primary backpack for work but have traveled with me so far in other states and in the Philippines.. Sturdy, reliable and holds its share even when fully packed. When carrying and using the shoulder locking straps across my chest, this backpack feels well balanced and pull down from the back (due to other backpacks not holding its shape when full). I liked this so much for the price point that I purchased a second one as a secondary backpack for my wife to use as well when we travel together. Very happy with this product for its durability (so far) and its price point.

The interior dimensions and design are great also i used it in my travel its really good quality and fits all my stuff

I was looking for one thing: a lightweight, compact laptop backpack that would compensate ergonomically for the weight and bulkiness of my 16 inch MacBook Pro. This bag delivered perfectly. The telescoping area stays closed for my daily commute but expands when I use the pack as an overnight bag. It is sturdy, lightweight, attractive, and fits perfectly on my back so that I’m not bent over with back pain by the time I get to work after over an hour of bus commuting and walking with this heavy laptop strapped to my back. Honest I don’t see myself using any other backpack it has everything I need with enough space for things that I need plus the option too make the backpack bigger is definitely one of its greatest features as someone who appreciates minimalism I’m happy that’s it’s a solid looking color, thank you so much for an incredible backpack
