> 24 hourI ordered the black bag. The exterior of the bag looks very nice. It has a nice modern and slim look. Its also a really good size for everyday use or travel (as a personal item). The interior of the bag lacks - as it is made of a shiny polyester material that is in an odd brownish color. It looks as if it wasnt thought out and they just used whatever color material that was around when making it. I have no idea why they didnt use a nice black or gray color interior color. The material on the inside does not look very durable either... Also, there are wires in the bag for charging. However, since they use thin cheap wires, it will not work for fast charging. Also, they use the old micro USB instead of USB type-C. So while its a nice thought, theres clearly improvements needed there. Overall, Im really happy with the exterior of the bag and the bag does what I needed for. So Im okay with the flaws. Note: I tried uploading pictures, but keep getting an error message. If they fix this, I will add pictures if possible.

> 24 hourThis book bag is ingenious. I am SO glad I bought it for my most recent work trip. I was able to expand it as my carry on and pack extra clothes for me and my daughter. Then I could slim it down for when I needed to bring it to conference/meetings I needed to attend. It looked professional and slim. It is very comfortable, has a lot of space and pockets. I bought the navy one...I will say the video is not entirely accurate (hence 1 less star). The bag doesnt open all the way up for the clothes section and it does not have that zippered net. I wish it did have both those features...so I was disappointed about that. Otherwise, Im still really happy with this purchase!

> 24 hourLets not waste time, the let down is the laptop position which results in 2 issues, one is weight balance and the other is deformation. Now I will explain the significance, but with enough information for you to assess your situation. My laptop weights approx 2kg, it isnt light and that will exacerbate the issue. When the bag is fully compressed (i.e. not expanded), everything works a treat because the laptop sits right next to your back when you carry it. When the bag is fully expanded, the laptop sits in the section furthest away from your back which will be up to 10cm. It is a really weird feeling and you realise how important it is that the laptop is against your back when you carry it. The sciency reason is that we find things easier to carry when the centre of gravity of those things are closer to our bodys centre of gravity. Think about carrying a 5kg sack, or a baby, against your chest vs holding it out in front of you. Back to the backpack, I find myself having to lean forwards more which cant be ideal for posture, and there is a persistent feeling of someone pulling your backpack given the position of the laptop. It is weird. There are 2 subsets of issues with the expanding bit too, Ill touch on both because this really doesnt work well... The first is the non-ideal scenario where you expand the backpack to carry a couple of small items that dont completely fill out the space. The issue is the laptop itself is so heavy that it compresses and deformed the expanded area if there is space in there, which results in the backpack drooping. The second, is the ideal scenario where you fully fill the expanded area and dont suffer the deformation but still have the weight of the laptop feeling like its trying to pull you backwards. I really cant fault the quality or anything else about this backpack, but the 1 thing I do fault is very significant and I regret buying it. It will serve me for the time being in its non-expanded state, but if you want to make use of the expansion and have a heavy laptop, seriously look for a backpack where the laptop will always be sat right next to your back.

> 24 hourExactly what I hoped for. The perfect laptop backpack with chest stabilizer buckle. It looks compact and quality, and then if you need more room, it expands nicely. I like the look - combo of faux leather and backpack material makes it look expensive. Zippers and zipper pulls seem quality. I also like the top handle for grabbing. Very comfortable on even when filled to capacity.

> 24 hourThis is my favorite work backpack ever. Its slim, tall, and compressible. Distributes weight so intelligently and the expandable, collapsible slim features make it low profile while still allowing for good storage. Also it rained all day hard and I was without an umbrella on my 20 min walk back home and nothing inside my backpack was wet when I got home. Awesome
