Good bag and i highly recommend it!!!

Hello, The bag I received came with a few issues. The plastic adjustment hardware on the strap is cracked and one of the straps is ripped. Would you like images of the defects or to have the bag sent back? If you are repurposing bags with defects this could be an issue with quality control. Thank you.

Cercavo fondamentalmente uno zaino per computer e tablet ma volevo che non fosse in pelle - anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto che sembrasse possibilmente altrettanto bello e di qualita. Sono contentissimo di averlo comprato: e minimal, sobrio, leggerissimo, sottile ma alloccorrenza anche espandibile (occasionalmente di ritorno dal lavoro lho allargato e, passando dal supermercato, ci ho messo dentro lequivalente di una mezza busta della spesa). Non e lo zaino piu economico tra quelli disponibili su questa piattaforma, ma ora che ce lho lo consiglio decisamente perche credo abbia comunque il giusto rapporto tra la qualit e il prezzo.

This book bag is ingenious. I am SO glad I bought it for my most recent work trip. I was able to expand it as my carry on and pack extra clothes for me and my daughter. Then I could slim it down for when I needed to bring it to conference/meetings I needed to attend. It looked professional and slim. It is very comfortable, has a lot of space and pockets. I bought the navy one...I will say the video is not entirely accurate (hence 1 less star). The bag doesnt open all the way up for the clothes section and it does not have that zippered net. I wish it did have both those features...so I was disappointed about that. Otherwise, Im still really happy with this purchase!

Love the slim line look of this bag! And it can hold a TON. As others have noted there are two relatively minor drawbacks: 1. The water bottle pocket on the side requires the bag to be unzipped to reveal. This adds a bit of unsturdiness and asymmetry to how it sits on surfaces upright. 2. That asymmetry also means the back can buckle a little on the back causing an odd shape and protrusions against the back that can be a little uncomfortable when used as a back pack. 3. I put a foldable cardboard strip the width of the bottom and 3/4 up the sides to help support the shape. That keeps the bag upright when full or just partially expanded to accommodate water bottle. And I put my flat portable monitor in the expanded section to keep the back flat. Great bag that needs just minor improvements to make it perfect. I purchased 3 other brands with similar features to compare and kept this one out of all.

This is a perfect bag for travel. Fully-expanded, it is the exact maximum size allowed for a personal item (under-sest-size bag) on most major airlines. It has numerous pockets, allowing for easy access to different types of items (tablet, chargers, papers, snacks, travel pillow, etc.). The hidden passport pocket was also well thought out. It also has a strap to attach it to the wheeling handle of a rolling suitcase. Over all, it was a perfect companion backpack to a full-size carry-on bag.

I like the bag and it is what I expected, but I would have loved to have a generally smaller version of this for my 13 inch laptop. I like the look and feel of it but I would have wanted something shorter and slightly less wide. If possible, please make a 13 inch version. PS: If you have a smaller computer like me, the straps in the bag barely (basically don’t even do anything) hold your computer in place as they are too high
