Im not good about drinking enough water, so I used to drink too much soda. Even the diet stuff is not really good. Not as good for you as drinking a glass of water, but if you wouldnt otherwise this works great for me and I feel much better.

Great energy mix. I gave it 4 because the flavor is a bit extreme. I had to cut it a little more than usual. However, others may enjoy that kick. It gives an all day even boost. I dont have the afternoon crash thats expected from an energy drink. Great for moms on the go.

Im on a high-fat/moderate protein/low-carb keto diet, so I must replenish electrolytes every day and supplement my vitamins. Im not a good pill taker (I forget), but since I drink two or more liters of water a day, Zipfizz is a great solution (no pun intended). Ive tried five of the flavors and found some to be too sweet. I think the pink lemonade is my favorite because its not so sweet or candy tasting. Zipfizz is fairly concentrated, flavor-wise. For my own taste preference, I dilute by half--so a half-tube per liter of water (I also add salt, which helps offset the sweetness). Its a nice change from plain water and helps me with my electrolytes and gives a little energy boost.
