These steam bags are excellent for eating healthy meals.

I’ve been using these steam your bags for years they’ll steam fresh vegetables in three minutes. And then the Covid came and I couldn’t find them anywhere. Now they’re back and I’m doing a happy dance

Vegetables cook so easy and quick in these with no clean up afterwards.

I am diabetic, my husband is not. I eat a lot of vegetables he wont touch. I am often preparing two separate meals at each mealtime. These bags make steaming veggies so easy. Clean up is a breeze. Sometimes I rinse the bag and use it a second time. I can also prepare a full bag, eat one portion then refrigerate the bag to reheat for the next meal. The bags have spoiled me.

This is a great product. I like to cook a large quantity of rice and use enough bags for double servings. They microwave well as if you just cooked. Cut up fresh veggies with a tablespoon of water freezes and microwaves well. These are a great item to use if you want food without preservatives.

I tried to find these locally and no one carries them any more. I found them here and I was so happy! These are a quick easy way to cook fresh vegetables and have them come out just right. They do not list every veggie on them though. I had to look up how long to steam brussels sprouts and they came out perfect! Not over cooked not undercooked! Perfect!

Love these Zip Lock ,ZipN Steam Cooking bags and love that I can find them on Amazon. I use them to steam fresh veggies in the microwave , They have instuctions on them and what is a full bag or a half bag. I buy them in big quanities from Amazon because they are hard to find in grocery stores anymore.
