> 3 dayI’ve used about 3 of these bags so far and I’m pleased. The previous brand of compostable bag I used would form condensation between the bag and can after just a day or so. These bags have stayed dry and work well with the SimpleHuman can I’m using for compost (uses size V bags).

> 3 dayGood quality trash bags. The do not have significant flext to them though. good alternative to putting another plastic bag in a landfill.

> 3 dayI love the idea of these trash bags and always look for green alternatives. I’ve used this brand for over a year now. Overall, the product is decent, but a handful of bags from each roll tear. The loss adds up. I will continue to search for another alternative.

> 3 dayI used my first one tonight. I bought the 13 gallon for my kitchen garbage can. They are too tight at the top and ripped. That being said Im not sure of the durability. Im not returning them I have an 11 gallon that I believe they will work in.

> 3 dayIf something is compostable, how can it be as strong as something which is not? The biggest problem is that the bags start to compost in the kitchen waste container before it is taken outside if the garbage is at all wet. I have taken to putting non dry garbage. (Bones, meat scraps etc). Into secondary plastic bags for extra containment. Nothing I wouldn’t toss anyway. This works quite well

Greater than one weekReally great esp for a compostable bag. Used the fill box of 3 rolls and now ordering more. Works better than one we tried that was plastic, but made to break down over time. Weve had it get a hole if we put something sharp in, but the holes dont enlarge easily, so weve never had one fail. We leave room at the top so we can tie it closed easily. We live in a city and havent seen our garbage in the alley or the bottom or our can, either. They are pretty rough with the bags. Only draw back is smell. They dont hold it in as well as plastic. For the kitchen, we fill up the can over several days, and the can has a top, so no problem with smell for that use. We tried them in a diaper pail - that wasnt so great. If we took it outside to change it, it may be OK, but I cant see making the garbage collectors deal with that, esp in the summer.
