> 3 dayI was a little skeptical when I bought this, but I needed something for my teenage sons shoes (Oh! the smell!). These worked wonders. He slides these in his shoes when he gets home and they take care of all the smells. It is like having clean shoes every day. I like that the pack comes with several of these, as one set will go in his soccer cleats when that starts up again. Well worth the price.

> 3 dayBought them for my running shoes that get wet in the rain and stink. Ended up returning them because dryer sheets do the same thing, last a long time, and cost less.

> 3 dayPro: The material is high quality that houses the charcoal Con: Expensive baking soda. If you are looking to get a smell out of your bathroom or shoes, this is an expensive way to do so. Charcoal should be used to get the chemical smell out which this does not do. I painted my cupboards with a high VOC stain and wanted the insides to be clear of the smell after the majority of the VOC floated away. This product did not do so.

> 3 dayThese work pretty well. I used them on a pair of Nikes, Pumas, and Toms Ive worn for a couple years that havent been washed. There wasnt really a smell left to my shoes. I left the charcoal bags in my shoes for around two days. One day in a plastic bag and one day out, I believe they work better without the plastic bag but dont quote me on that.

> 3 dayThis is my second order because I like them so much. Bought my first pack about 2 years ago and felt it was time to reorder. I put them where it smells musty, couch, bed, under car seats. For the money they are great.

> 3 dayI bought these to help get rid of the lingering funkiness that was in our deep freezer. Threw 4 of them in and w/in 24 hours it was almost all gone. By day two, completely gone. Now keep one in the fridge as well and it helps keep it smelling like nothing, which is what I want my fridge to smell like.

Greater than one weekI work in automotive so I’m in boots all day long, my boots smell when I get home so thought I’d try these. My boots are a couple months old so I don’t think smell has saturated them like my old boots(I’ll get to that in a second) but left them overnight, no sun or UV light, just straight out of the package. Threw em in, woke up and took them out and smelled my boots, they LITERALLY smelled like nothing lol I was surprised they worked without “activation” So this morning I threw one in each of my old work boots (almost 3 years old) and those definitely smell (haha? :,) )) I’ll check back in a couple days and see how these things work for and older pair of boots. I also put one bag under each seat in my car, not that it smells but just for.. preventative stank? Lol 9/10

> 3 dayThese work great. I used them for my husbands work boots and it was almost magic! On the packaging it says you can use them anywhere and that they work for ammonia and formaldehyde. So, then tried them around the litter box and after a couple days, I do think that scent has gone down too.
