> 24 hourUpdate! I have had this product for some time now as far as quality they performed well i have used some of each gri they didnt seem to clog up any faster than 3m pads, but they dont last as long, they include a bunch of each item so thats not an issue. Highly recommend... Looks as described havnt used any of the products yet so cant really judge quality or longevity yet but they look and feel as if they ate good quality. Only 4 starts due the fact i have yet to use any of the sanding discs. The entire kit is about the same price as a 5pk of 3m sanding discs.

> 24 hourI took off one star on durability, as I dont know how long these disks will last. I use them to sane polymer clay, so time will tell. Each grade of sandpaper comes in a separate baggy which is labeled, but it would be useful if each disk could have a label printed on it.

> 24 hourBefore I leapt into another several hundreds of dollars’ worth of replacement headlight assemblies (2009 Camry) I decided to grind these down again and this time clear coat them. The last time I tried this I used a package restoration kit that had only two grits of pads and a hand tool. The assemblies were oxidized so badly it was not safe to drive at night with just the low beams on as the plastic was too crudded up. Using my electric DA with a 3” backing pad I started with 800 grit, spending some time grinding them down. I sprayed them down with Purple Power to clean them very well, then moved to the 1k grit. In between grits I washed and kept the lens moist with distilled water. From 1K I progressed up: 2K, 3K, 5K, 7K, 10K. By the time I hit 10k the lenses were looking pretty good. Finishing them with a plastic polisher (PlastX) and buffing pad they really shined. In the pictures you can see each side before and after the progress ending with the plastic polisher. The final picture is after the first heavy coat of clear sprayed onto it. Using the same pads I am polishing up the coats of clear until I get to the final product. The pads are holding up great in all this water. I keep the DA at a low speed. Great investment, these pads.

> 24 hourGreat idea, but the sanding papers will just fly off of the Velcro without warning. Can’t use the softer sponge because as soon as the Dremel makes 20 or so rotations, it flies off of the yellow attachment. This defeated the purpose of what I puches

> 24 hourThese sandpaper discs are perfect for headlight restoration. Way easier than sanding by hand. You only really need 800, 1200, 2000, and 3000 grit to get the job done. Headlights came out like new after buffing and Meguiars UV protectant afterwards.

> 24 hourPads don’t stay attached to the backer. I’ve tried various speeds, pressure, no pressure. The hook and loop surface just doesn’t have the grip

> 24 hourI was only able to use it for about an hour before the Velcro on the yellow receiver wore off and the sandpaper would no longer adhere. I’ve never seen this mode of failure before. Quite disappointing.

> 24 hourI am using this product wet and it seems as though the backing-the loop and hook, comes off very quickly. Not a really expensive item but still, I think it should wear a little longer.
