> 3 dayWhile I purchased these for one thing, we ended up using them all over the church to clean, even kids got into the act. All you needed was a little water and one of these great sponges. We cleaned pews, painted areas, they are GREAT!

> 3 dayI bought these as a potential alternative to Magic Erasers, because I was attracted to the price point and great reviews. So, perhaps unfairly, I used it on my most challenging job, cleaning the baked on gunk in my much used Breville oven. While it was OK for this task, it wasnt as effective as I hoped. I had a piece of Magic Eraser left over and it rubbed off the same dirt much more effortlessly. HOWEVER, these sponges did an AMAZING job of removing scuffs from painted surfaces without disturbing the paint. With Magic Eraser, you need to apply a bit of pressure to erase the scuff, but the paint comes off with the scuff if you apply any sort of pressure,so the process was counterproductive. With these sponges, you can bear down a little bit and have a perfect outcome. I would buy these again for removing marks on more delicate or painted surface.

> 3 dayYou can really grip these sponges and they clean really well. They do very well on my glass top stove and they clean messy pans easily.

> 3 dayWhile I read the relative sizes when deciding which pack of off-brand magic erasers to get, I didnt realize just how big these sponges would be. These are easily twice the size of the original and the entire pack of twenty is roughly the size of three big hard-back books stacked. When the original brand is 2 dollars for 2, and these are 9 dollars for 20 (at twice the size), even if it werent working comparably, Id still call it a deal. I ripped mine in half so I could clean more easily with it. If you have big hands, then they might fit better. As other reviews state, Ive used these to get off those really stubborn stains that wont come off otherwise. For me, it was yellow/orange marks on the bottom of the toilet seat. Bath and tile cleaner and scrubbing didnt work, but these sponges managed it with a little elbow grease!

> 3 dayI thought these would be a great purchase. I am disappointed at effectiveness. I used to buy the Mr. Clean version and they removed dings from pots on my porcelain sink. These sponges do not. I wont but again.

> 3 dayI wanted to love these and purchased based on great reviews. Nowadays, we need to save a penny anywhere we can.... Before even using it, one of the pads ripped as I was taking it out of the packaging. Not a great first impression. That said, I used one to clean our window sill and to my surprise, it cleaned it well. I am hesitant to give it more stars as right not its mixed; tearing before use and one usage that was positive. I would be aware, and confirm if you can return should they not perform as expected.
