2020 Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 256GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I had nothing but problems with the iPad as soon as I received it. It glitched constantly, wouldn’t let me update anything and erased the data from my Procreate app. As an artist and my whole portfolio was on that app I am infuriated. I Tried to contact the seller to see if this was a common problem or to find a solution and I never heard back from them. Would not buy something this expensive from this company again.

I have had this iPad on the charger for 2 days and nothing. I have contacted the seller and nothing.

iPad Pro 11 inches works just perfect.

I got this for my husband. He’s a little older, and the weight of this, of course is different than his Iphone 11pro max. Because of the weight and the weight only, I must return this product

Cord and brick it came with would not charge the ipad (neither were apple). Contacted seller and the sent a replacement...still doesnt work. Gonna have to buy my own charger.

There are some minor scratches, which honestly don’t bother me a ton. However, there’s also these incredibly deep scratches. Mine came with a glass screen protector, so it doesn’t feel too rough but I can definitely tell that if I take the screen protector off it’ll be noticeable. I use my iPad for art primarily so this will inevitably effect my usage with the product. Strongly considering returning but I’m weary given other peoples experiences with attempting to return.
