Sent a game of thrones charger that doesn’t work half the time and refuse to send a replacement

This product is excellent for connecting! I had a cheaper iPad and it always had full storage with only 32 or 64 GB. This device is perfect for what I need. iCloud, Fitness+, Safari! Connects to 2012 MacBook Pro and iPhone 12 smoothly. Also, seamlessly with Apple Watch series 5. Can’t wait for iPadOS 15! It is available in up to 2 TB for extra storage!

It was not working had to reorder another one not happy

Love my iPad! My one complaint is that some of the pins in the charge port are slightly off, and certain USB-C cables will no longer charge the device at all… only Apple-certified chargers work. Since the device is refurbished and was packaged with an off-brand charge cable, I had to order a brand-new Apple-brand charger myself, but it charges just fine now that I have the right cable.

The iPad could have been packaged better but besides that it came perfectly fine. No cracks, nothing wrong with it. It came at 50% battery life and was easy to set up. I love it! Now i can draw digitally while im at school. Definitely worth the price!!

Just got delivered today, so far the iPad itself works, but the power cord does not.

Received the iPad. Noticed a small semi-circle crack in the screen. I initiated the return process. I was told by Amazon that the seller would send me a return label. They did, but it was not a pre-paid label. I am not going to pay return postage on a product that was sent damaged. The price was good, so I will just keep it.

Good product

It arrived at 20% battery life, instead of 80%. Also the charging dock on the iPad wasn’t working properly, it would go in and out of charging. Requested a refund/return though, and customer service is good. Will be ordering a replacement, hoping for better results.
