2020 Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 256GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I got mine perfectly outside, screen, apps, logging in, ... everything looks great so far. The only one issue I got was that while watching Youtube, the videos were kept very small in the left corner and I had to make it appeared in the full screen and it works. Im not so happy that it doesnt look like watching videos on Youtube at first on your other devices,...

Great buy. I was skeptical of a few reviews but had nothing to lose after all I could easily return in.

There are some minor scratches, which honestly don’t bother me a ton. However, there’s also these incredibly deep scratches. Mine came with a glass screen protector, so it doesn’t feel too rough but I can definitely tell that if I take the screen protector off it’ll be noticeable. I use my iPad for art primarily so this will inevitably effect my usage with the product. Strongly considering returning but I’m weary given other peoples experiences with attempting to return.

Product arrived defective. Wouldnt charge on off-brand charger. When using an apple charger it charges appropriately but as soon as its off the charger it takes 2 minutes before the product dies. Called customer service which has opperating times from 9:30am- 4:30pm est. Received no answer of my 20+ phone calls. Got text messages saying theyre out of the office hours and to text back for IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE to which, of course, even these text message convos go unanswered. Im losing my mind over here. Almost $700 and I cant use, return, or exchange the device at the moment. Highly frustrating experience.

I just finished setting up my new iPad. It is just like brand new for ~ $500 less. This iPad is the 11 Pro 2 with 1TB. I hope that nothing goes wrong with it, in the future. How can it go bad? It is all electronics with no moving parts. Im keeping my fingers crossed, just in case. Excellent purchase!

I got the 256 GB. Perfect amount of storage for my art. The tablet came with a screen protector. I couldn’t tell if they had any minor scratches but they don’t look visible to the screen. It came in a brown box with a charger. Cameras work great. And it was definitely worth it for the price.

The iPad could have been packaged better but besides that it came perfectly fine. No cracks, nothing wrong with it. It came at 50% battery life and was easy to set up. I love it! Now i can draw digitally while im at school. Definitely worth the price!!
