This has been a decent little laptop for me. Starting off in S Mode was a novel experience. At least you can do more with an S Mode Windows 10 than with a Chromebook.

It has a slight delay

The sound on this was not loud enough so decided to return it.I dont want to have to use earbuds to listen/watch videos.....When i went to set it back to default settings it wouldnt do it.....Dideled with it for 1/2 hr and finally said f it!.

I use this for work and to stream videos and it works great for both. Long lasting battery and easy to use. I like its compact and light. This is an excellent laptop at a great price.

This is my forth day using this mini laptop. I have to say that is has totally met my expectations and more! I do my homework on anything I decide to buy, this was no different. I knew that it was going to be smaller than a typical laptop. Yes, I was expecting a 11.6x 7.6 laptop. I measure before I purchase(; No, it isnt a touchscreen. I bought this awesome gadget because I have a teenage son that I homeschool. I wanted a small laptop that I can use while he is on our main home PC. I love the size! Totally lite and portable! I added a Samsung 256gb. micro SD card for extra memory. I chose not to install the Windows 10 H upgrade. I will be using the Windows S that it came with. Im not doing heavy duty stuff on this laptop. Im not gaming or using it like I would a PC. I like to research, Youtube, shop online, take some online courses, ect. My son uses the PC for school, video editing, and gaming in our home school/ craft room, while I can do my own business on this new mini laptop. I am very happy with my purchase! By the way, I did install the free year of Microsoft Office 365 Personal version. It is worth around $70. The installation was a breeze! You must set up a Microsoft account, if you dont already have one, and set up a credit card for automatic renewal for next year. The awesome part is that once you have a Microsoft account, you can use the Microsoft office on any personal computer device as long as you sign in and download the software. Remember that the free version of the software that comes with this laptop is for one person (not the Microsoft Office 365 Family), although I think they offered that for free for 9 months instead of a year(: A great deal as well because you can add up to 5 family members for that account! So, one of the reasons I bought this laptop was because it had a BACKLIT KEYBOARD. However, it doesnt.

So my hubby needed a laptop for work and it was last minute. This item was available over night and for the price of about 160$ I thought, why not? Does it work, yes. Does it connect to the internet, also yes. While delivery was literally over night, less than 6 hours, it’s speed and processing leaves much to be desired. I guess for the price point I purchased it at, I could expect as much but I did have hopes. It’s so slow that he couldn’t use it for work. Just loading up the browser on it takes a full minute or two. Nearly all tasks and navigation on it are painfully slow. You get what you pay for so I shouldn’t complain too much. Just buyer beware. This is a laptop meant for.. I’m not sure. It might be good to play movies on a plane with and even then I’m not sure if it wouldn’t lag itself out while running those from a usb. I can’t even imagine streaming from Netflix as the YouTube quality is quite degraded and constantly buffing. Final note, no, it’s not our internet, I have 1 gig upload/download and a 400$ wireless router that we play two ps5 systems on at the same time with no issues. It’s the laptop.

Over all rating: screen quality fair enough; screen smaller than expected; touch screen inaccurate; gaming uncertain; no phone jack portal.
