Excelente producto básico para trabajos, conferencias en línea, y navegar en la web, viene en modo windows 10 S el cual puede pasar a operar en windows normal con una configuración de menos de 5 minutos.

Tengo problemas con este artículo, ya que después de estar prendida por un lapso corto de tiempo la pantalla se pone negra se bloquea y para poder ver de nuevo la pantalla normal la tengo que apagar presionando por unos segundo el botón de encendido/apagado después de apagarla funciona normal y vuelve hacer lo mismo que redacté anteriormente. No sé cómo me puedes ayudar.

Necesitaba una laptop, derivado que la que tengo ya se quedo muy atrás en rendimiento, si bien esta tiene limitaciones en el dd, si rendimiento es muy superior y de igual forma su tamaño es muy versátil. Satisfecho con el producto

Slowest computer Ive ever used. I was told it could run games, thats a joke. Memory is terrible. Looks good and can do very basic stuff. Constantly needs updates that doesnt seem to do any good. Wouldnt buy it again.

Purchased this laptop in March 2021 and it only lasted six months with light use. One day I could no longer connect to the internet. Ran the troubleshooter and it said it could not find a network adapter. Tried everything suggested, but still cant connect to the internet. Total waste of money!

It’s not a touch screen computer so I’m not sure why it has that as a ranking option. I do not play games so I don’t know if it’s good for that. But, I use it for school and for the price I really couldn’t ask for more
