This laptop isn’t fast but it’s doable. Fist thing you want to do after powering and setting it up is to do all the updates. It does cause the computer to freeze during updates but you can just restart the computer. I ran the windows update like 5 or 6 times to make sure I’m all caught up. Once that’s all done. It’s a nice laptop. It’s great for web browsing, I don’t use Microsoft office. But Libre Office works really well ok this laptop. It’s not a gaming laptop so let me save you the time and effort. Battery life was great when in S mode. But it took a short dip when taken off S modes. Webcam sucks. No lit keyboard so I don’t know why Asus would advertise that. Not a big deal. Overall. It’s a good laptop if speed isn’t your priority.

9/10 a great laptop for under $200. Im a college student and needed a cheap smaller laptop for when I travel since my everyday laptop is 18 inches. I couldnt buy a cromebook because its not compatible with everything I use for school. Arrived boxed well, set up was quick and the display is good. I do suggest you buy a headset or microphone because when I use zoom my professor/tutor cant hear me well, but again, this laptop is under $200 so I didnt expect perfection.

I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that the description says that it has a backlit keyboard. It does not. I really wanted that feature.

I got this laptop to use for schoolwork. It serves its purpose, but I frequently run into problems with it.

You decide what apps to install. I just use a total of four apps and it always irritated me that until now every computer Ive owned has come with apps I had no use for and couldnt remove. This time I can pick and choose.
