So far so good with the computer. Why I left 3 stars in total was because of how I found it. It was shipped to a friends and they left it by the road up against the mail box. My friend never knew it was here. Other than that the computer looks good and runs nice no complaints yet about that.

Fast, easy to use, super battery life. Limited storage if a large program is installed. Takes expertise to clean up W10 to increase available storage space.

El espacio designado para ampliar el almacenamiento M2, al comprar una WD Green no la detecta, ya intente de todo, actualizar Drivers, entrar a bios, colocar de forma correcta y nada. Así mismo el WiFi es inestable consigo un 25% de velocidad en comparación con un teléfono celular, el alcance igual deficiente, siendo que en especificaciones debería ser mucho más rápida.

First of all this item did not arrive in time (so it is still under the return timeframe) and I wish to return it, and also as I have tried repeatedly to access my Microsoft 365 features which are a function included with this purchase and can not do so after trying over 25 times.

Like any other lab top it went to hell!!!

Buena computadora,basica para tareas, ver vídeos o hacer videollamadas, cumple con su objetivo, muy ligera y práctica.

Lo único es la configuración en inglés, pero de ahí en fuera sirve perfectamente
