For the price point, I was expecting at least a mid quality product. This wasn’t that. Everything in it is low quality. The floss was on unevenly wound bobbins. It was disorganized and was jammed in willy nilly with no rainbow organization like the product photos. The pin cushions? They were teeny tiny pom poms. The floss was fuzzy.

Some of the number stickers were pasted on the thread and hard to get off.

Loved how much came with this and the easy organizer. Seriously a great started kit

Product was delivered a day early unfortunately the bottom case arrived broken - thread seems like decent quality I wish I could say the same for the case itself. The plastic is very flimsy and likely won’t last very long. Very disappointed in the quality

I really am pleased with this kit. I lost all my floss and needles in a flood and was going to have to replace it. I took a chance on purchasing this and it is a terrific start on getting back to business cross stitching. It does not have every color I need but it is a darn good start. I may purchase another one because they are stackable and so easy to store. I really got my moneys worth this time. Thank you.

Rather it had been empty or able to order empty ones

You get a lot of floss and everything you need to prepare for cross stitching, however there were at least 8 duplicate colors and some colors I need that were not included

Hand embroidery squares

This is excellent value for the price. My only negative is that the container arrived broken. The bottom layer has a crack and hole in it. There was no option of contacting the seller. I am initiating a return but I’d rather just exchange it or get a replacement container.
