> 3 dayThe product arrived in a waterproof package but inside the package it was filled with water which permeated to the drives. So far the drives appear to be OK but I am not sure that they’re fully dry yet.

> 3 dayIf youre buying these to store information, they work very well. We used them to transfer multiple files from the scanner to the server in batches. After about 5 uses, they would give out.

> 3 daythe cost savings are in the speed. if you plan to transfer a 2gb video to the drive, set aside at least an hour.

> 3 dayI like to offer my clients images or video on the spot at a shoot. This is the best way to insure I can do that for them.

> 3 dayI purchased these just to keep as backups for the rare occasion I need to sneaker net a file some where. The first I was used seemed fine but later had read problems - I didnt think much of it, until I tried to use the others. The first I think I with a new drive is format it, if its needed or not (old habit) these drive light up when first plugged in (no problem) but never stop, not data on the drive, or being copied to the drive - just idle it looks like its transferring data like crazy (disk utility apps cannot unmount the drive, preventing reformatting or erasing - sort of freaks me out that the transfer indicator goes nuts for no reason. Dont trust.

> 3 dayI produce a program for a community radio station and turn in my show each week to the station manager. He prefers it in raw data form rather than on a CD. SD memory cards and USB thumb drives do get lost or broken and sometimes just quit working for unknown reasons. I needed a good supply of memory devices. I decided to try a 10-pack of Pnstaw 16GB thumb drives. The price was right, less than $4 per drive. And I dont have to worry about losing the protective end caps, since these have an attached metal shield that just swivels out of the way for connection to my computer. Theyre attractive, with the drive bodies coming in 10 different colors. In the short time Ive been using mine, they have functioned perfectly both reading and writing data. You can tell they are receiving power because they light up internally when connected to a working port. The drives arrived in a foam-padded cardboard case where I keep the ones Im not using. Now I have plenty of memory on hand.
